How you can help kids to recognize, prevent, and stop child abuse

Here’s How You Can Help

Advocacy

Tell someone! Use your role in our community! Use your experience and your voice to promote Kids Empowered as a much-needed program for our children.

Connect us! We sincerely appreciate any connections or advice on venues to present our lessons and people or places who would welcome this program.

Volunteer

We need facilitators to teach the lessons! The only way to reach more kids with this life-saving information is to have enough volunteers to present it. We are looking for caring adults who are effective and comfortable in front of a class of children. A short training and background check is required. Spanish speakers are also appreciated. Please fill out and submit this form if you would like to be a Kids Empowered Facilitator or contact us if you have questions.

Donate

Please help us continue to make this a FREE program for kids in our community. As a registered 501(c)3 nonprofit corporation, any contributions are tax-deductible. In addition to a monetary donation, you can also purchase short or long sleeve Kids Empowered shirts, which help us cover costs for curriculum and materials. Our founders and facilitators are volunteering their services at this time. Our program is a grassroots effort to address the alarming child abuse statistics in New Mexico.
